Directory Board of Directors The Mayor and City Council appoint members to the Board for staggered five-year terms, with one member's term expiring on June 30th of each year. CHAIRMAN: Kent Younce, term expires June 30, 2011 VICE-CHAIRMAN: James Walker, term expires June 30, 2012 SECRETARY/TREASURER: Mark Hoskins, term expires June 30, 2013 MEMBER: Sue Troutman, term expires June 30, 2014 MEMBER: Frank Shaw, term expires June 30, 2015 The Board normally meets on the last Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public.
